Please note there are waiting lists for student, intermediate and semi-professional model oboes. Please email oboe@howarthlondon.com or telephone 0207 935 2407 to enquire about availability and to be added to a waiting list.

Unless otherwise stated, all oboes receive a pre-sale service undertaken by our specialist oboe technicians to ensure they are in the best possible condition. The price advertised always includes the servicing costs, whether the instrument has been serviced or is presently in our workshop.

Developed with the input of respected international oboists, the Greenline model has improved ergonomics and acoustics compared to Buffet’s previous models. Buffet developed ‘greenline’ material (a mixture of 95% grenadilla wood powder and 5% resin) both to help conserve the world’s grenadilla supply and to create an oboe less susceptible to atmospheric variations. OB10782a OB10782a Loree Royal Cor Anglais (Conservatoire)
Produced by one of the longest-established oboe manufacturers worldwide, this professional -level cor anglais has all the specifications of the standard Loree model along with additional features such as a re-shaped bell design, an adjustable thumb rest, and tenons with dual metal reinforcement. This is a conservatoire system instrument with a third octave key. (1995)
