Founded in 1998 in Montreal, Le Roseau Chantant provides customers with carefully selected high quality cane, reeds and reed-making equipment for the oboe family of instruments.
The company was founded by Dimiter Jordanov, who began his musical studies at an early age, graduating with a diploma in oboe performance from the Bulgarian National Conservatoire of Music, followed by an advanced degree from the University of Montreal, Canada. He has performed as a professional orchestral musician with the Sofia Opera, the Bulgarian Radio-Symphony Orchestra in Sofia, and in many other prestigious orchestras and ensembles.
