Vandoren Juno Alto Saxophone Reeds

The Juno range from Vandoren is designed for junior players. Vandoren use specially selected cane grown in the Mediterranean basin and cut them precisely to give an easy blowing response which responds well throughout the range from top to bottom. This helps players improve more quickly than usual. Thy come sealed in their own humidity balanced pack that makes the reed fresh and responsive.

 

If the player is just starting out, a 1½ strength reed may prove more flexible and easier to play. As the player improves, a 3 strength reed should give a heavier, fuller sound.

 

We provide Juno reeds in strengths 1.5 – 3 and we sell them individually and in boxes of ten.
