The RZ Solo Clarinet is a professional model of clarinet made out of Grenadilla wood. the instruments has leather pads and adjusting screws on some of the keys. The clarinet has an unstained finish with an ornament design.The clarinets design is based on the traditional hand crafted Czech Republic instruments combined with cutting edge clarinet technology. The RZ Solo Clarinet is not only a new RZ-high-end-model featuring beautiful design with silver-plated keys and gold-plated pillars and fine engravings, but also the first clarinet with a special “no-crack”-mechanism (RZ-patent). These mechanisms (One wood and one ebonite) give musicians the piece of mind that this particularly vulnerable part of the instrument will be less affected by the change in environment and avoid any possible cracking.
The RZ Clarinets have been designed with the professional player in mind. They feature pure intonation, easy response in all the registers and a beautifully even, warm and round sound.
The RZ clarinets offer a limited 3-year warranty on this instrument.
