The tightening by a single central screw ensures an even distribution of the pressure on the reed and allows the reed to vibrate freely without damping the natural vibration of the mouthpiece.
The Silver has more resistance and produces a darker tone quality.
Thanks to the resonating pipes this ligature generates a range of sympathetic vibrations that enrich the player’s sound.
“XL” size fits all standard ebonite mouthpieces such as Otto-Link, Selmer, Vandoren, Lebayle, JodyJazz, D’Addario, Zinner and most brands.
“M” size fits all larger metal mouthpieces such as Selmer, Dukkof and others
“S” size fits all typical metal mouthpieces such as metal Otto-Link, Berg Larsen etc.
