Description
The YOB831L is one of Yamaha’s Duet+ oboes, where a combination of wood and state-of-the-art resin are used during manufacture to form a ‘duet’ of tradition and technology, leading to a ‘plus’ advantage. This oboe has an ebonite lining and its tone holes are resin-lined, both of these features helping to protect the instrument against damage from cracking. This instrument has had very little use.
